I've worked across enterprise web products at Gartner, high-growth DTC eCommerce at FlavCity, and hands-on consulting for Shopify brands that are growing fast and need someone to help them keep up.
I sit between product, engineering, marketing, and ops. I'm good at taking a messy business problem, finding the right tools, and building the thing that fixes it. Shopify, subscription and retention stacks, analytics infrastructure, fulfillment integrations. That kind of work.

Owned FlavCity's eCommerce and SaaS stack end to end. Ran the migration from headless to traditional Shopify Plus, stood up subscription, analytics, and marketing integrations. Worked closely with Marketing, Ops, and CX to improve conversion and retention while the company scaled from roughly $35M to over $100M in revenue.

Independent Practice
I work with Shopify-powered DTC brands doing $1M to $20M in revenue. Most of them have figured out acquisition but are losing customers after the first purchase. I come in and build the retention systems, onboarding flows, and churn fixes that turn that around.
